Energy Culture Nigeria is a technical consultant working with the United States Trade Development Agency (USTDA) to carry out feasibility reviews/ studies for natural gas projects.

As part of this feasibility reviews, the investee company was identified as a prospective investment to set up a Liquefied Natural Gas Plant and 200km virtual distribution network in Southwest Nigeria.

A PESA was thus commissioned to identify Environmental & Social Risks, Compliance Gaps, and further develop Environmental and Social Action Plans to close the Gaps in readiness for prospective investment
